How do I handle a shipment I want to return?Updated 5 months ago
If you receive a shipment that you did not order or wish to return, we advise you to either refuse the shipment upon delivery or return the shipment by visiting the post office and requesting a 'return to sender' option. Additionally, you can send the product back to our specified return address. In either case, please provide us with the tracking number as proof of the return. Once we receive and verify the return, we are able to process a refund for the bottles returned.
